Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad (ca. 4 km):
Vom Bahnhof Weilheim in die Altstadt (Schmiedstr., Marienplatz, Pöltnerstr.) bis zum bemalten Haus (Apotheke), links davon beginnt der Prälatenweg, der geradewegs nach Polling führt, beim ersten Hof von Polling nicht rechts sondern weiter gradeaus den Jakobifeldweg bis zur Längenlaicherstr. (Supermarkt), dort ein paar Schritte nach rechts.
Mit der Bahn vom Flughafen München:
When you arrive in Munich airport: go to the train station (S-BAHN), buy a retour-ticket at the counter or machine to WEILHEIM i OB (via Munich Hbf = Hauptbahnhof/central station – there is an other option which needs one more train changing) go down to the platform and take the next S 8 train to MÜNCHEN PASING (changing trains in Pasing is easier and faster than at the central station) here you take the train (now a normal train) direction WEILHEIM Murnau Garmisch Mittenwald (normally track 2 or 3 – the 2nd station is WEILHEIM – 35 min from Munich – total from Munich airport about 90 min – every hour one or two trains) take a taxi to Regenbogenstadl in Polling.
